Title Calibration of Dipole Antennas
  Abstract This paper describes a calibration method of the half-wave tuned dipole antenna for the frequency band from 30 to 1000 MHz. NICT performs the calibration of half-wave tuned antennas by the Standard Antenna Method with the special designed half-wave tuned dipole antenna which is called standard antenna, even though there are some calibration methods as known well. We introduce the Standard Antenna Method and show the experimental calibration results of half-wave tuned dipole antennas. In addition, we describe the detail of the calibration uncertainties.
